有打bell嘅朋友，相信對 “Let Vibrate (LV)” 呢個技巧一定好熟悉。佢嘅意思，就係由得個bell喺揮動過後，繼續震動、繼續響落去。今年Bellaholics五歲啦！五年嘅時間，寫滿咗我哋互相陪伴、一齊成長嘅故事。呢五年間，大家由當初無憂無慮嘅大學生，陸陸續續出咗嚟做嘢。社會嘅節奏好緊湊，每個人都有自己嘅生活煩惱，但好感恩嘅係，大家都會堅持每星期抽兩三個鐘時間出嚟見面、練bell。呢個固定嘅聚會，已經變成我哋忙碌生活入面一個重要嘅樹窿。睇返轉頭，我哋真係一齊行過咗好多路。有團員加入，亦有團員離開；一齊練習到好夜，又會一齊去旅行放鬆。不過最慶幸嘅係，Bellaholics 嘅手鈴聲一直都無停過。今晚呢個五周年音樂會其實好簡單，無繁複嘅舞台包裝，我哋只係想將呢五年嚟陪伴我哋成長嘅手鈴音樂，分享畀一直喺背後支持我哋嘅你哋。手鈴嘅餘音總會停，但希望我哋帶畀大家嘅共鳴，可以好似 “LV” 咁，喺你哋嘅心入面繼續 “Let Vibrate”。

For those who play handbells, the technique "Let Vibrate (LV)" is undoubtedly a familiar one. It means allowing the bell to keep vibrating and resonating freely after it has rung.Bellaholics turns five this year! These five years are filled with stories of us accompanying each other and growing together. We have journeyed from being students to stepping into the busy corporate world. Life moves at a frantic pace, and everyone carries their own worries, yet we are grateful that we still make it a priority to carve out time every week to meet and ring. It has become a sanctuary from our hectic lives.Looking back, we have walked a long way together. Members have come and gone, and we have shared countless late-night practices. Tonight’s 5th-anniversary concert is simple and pure. We want to share the handbell music that has accompanied our growth over the past five years with all of you, who have always supported us from behind the scenes.The lingering sound of handbells will eventually fade, but we hope the resonance we bring you tonight will be just like an "LV", continuing to vibrate and echo in your hearts.

Bellaholics

Bellaholics由一群對手鈴音樂充滿熱情和夢想的年輕人於2021年成立。我們命名為 “Bellaholics”，意指我們是手鈴愛好者，期望透過不同形式的演出，讓大眾認識手鈴演奏藝術。Bellaholics的團員曾於香港青少年手鈴樂團跟隨李潔瑤女士學習手鈴演奏，具備豐富的演奏經驗。自成立以來，Bellaholics活躍於本地及海外不同的舞台，除了每年的專場音樂會外，更曾代表香港，遠赴美國及日本出席第 20 及 21 屆國際手鈴大會，為觀眾帶來高水準的演奏，獲得外界一致好評。除了常規的音樂會演出，Bellaholics亦積極走入社區，參與不同的本地演出，包括於「港鐵藝術舞臺」以及「西九街頭表演計劃」亮相。我們期望透過走進不同的大街小巷，拉近手鈴與大眾的距離，讓這份音樂喜悅融入大家的日常。舞台以外，Bellaholics亦定期於社交平台上載演奏片段，希望以多元化和具感染力的音樂，帶給觀眾嶄新的體驗。我們期望以不同形式展現此獨特的樂器，讓大眾享受手鈴音樂的喜悅與共鳴，藉此推動本地手鈴音樂發展。

_Conductor
Carmen Fung

Carmen Fung is now studying at the Education University of Hong Kong in Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Creative and Digital Arts (Music). She is currently a member of the Echoes from EdUHK Handbell Ensemble.Carmen has been learning handchimes since 2006. She joined the Hong Kong Youth Handbell Ensemble in 2012, and started to learn handbells under the guidance of Ms. Emily Li. She has performed with the ensemble locally and internationally, including in Taipei, Japan, Finland and Estonia. She had participated in different concerts as well.Carmen co-founded Bellaholics in 2021 and became the conductor of the ensemble in 2025. With the team, she joined the 21st International Handbell Symposium in Japan. Carmen is also active in teaching handbells and handchimes. She had led many secondary and primary schools in performances and competitions.

Joyce Lau

Joyce Lau began learning handbells in 2008 and joined the Hong Kong Youth Handbell Ensemble in 2014, under the guidance of Ms. Emily Li and Ms. Joyce Lo. She has participated in local performances and annual concerts, gaining rich performance experiences. She has also visited Taipei, Sendai, Finland, and Estonia, where she performed with local teams.

Icy Lee

Icy graduated from The Education University of Hong Kong holding Bachelor of Culture and Creative Arts (Music). While studying, she was awarded Parsons Music Entrance Scholarship, HKSAR Talent Development Scholarship and Reaching Out Award Scholarship. Lee received Distinction in Piano Recital from Trinity College London (ATCL). She is learning harpsichord from Ms. Bu Xinge and piano from Dr Cherry Tsang.Icy started learning handbells in the University under the coaching of Ms. Zerlina Wong, Ms. Anna Leung and Ms. Phoebe Yeung. She is now a member of a local handbell team Bellaholics and the handbell/handchime conductor of some primary and secondary schools. She also actively participates in community concerts, including Sapphire Bell Concert 2024 ‘Discovery’, Bellaholics Christmas Concert 2025 ‘Winter Nova’ and Sapphire Bell Concert 2026 ‘Moment in Time’.

Christina So

Christina So is a graduate of the Department of Linguistics at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. During university, she served as a bassist and vocalist for the CUHK Christian Band, where she successfully organized multiple large-scale public concerts.From a young age, So demonstrated a strong musical foundation, passing the ABRSM Grade 5 Music Theory exam with Distinction and the ABRSM Grade 8 Piano exam with Merit. She has also pursued long-term handbell training at the Hong Kong Handbell Academy.In 2025, So served as the conductor for various handchime teams in Hong Kong. Notably, she led the CCC Kei Fa Primary School (Yau Tong) team to win the Silver Award in the Primary School Category at the "BELLPRINTS Handbell Competition and Masterclass 2025." Currently, So is a member of the community handbell ensemble Bellaholics, performing in various events and representing Hong Kong at the 21st International Handbell Symposium. Additionally, she serves as a vocalist for the band Sam and Friends (SAF), which clinched the Overall Championship in the Tertiary Sector at the "Hong Kong Youth Band Competition 2024."

Bellaholics

Bellaholics was founded in 2021 by a group of young handbell enthusiasts, and hence the name ‘Bellaholics’. The ensemble hopes to promote handbell music through performances and present the art of handbell ringing to the public.Ringers in Bellaholics all carry rich performing experiences by learning in the Hong Kong Youth Handbell Ensemble under Ms. Emily Li. They have performed on
various occasions locally and internationally, receiving acclaim from different audiences by delivering high-quality performances, including their annual concerts since
their founding, and attending the 20th and 21st International Handbell Symposium in Nashville, USA, and Hamamatsu, Japan, representing Hong Kong.Beyond traditional concert halls, Bellaholics is committed to stepping out into the community. We actively participate in various local street and community events, with notable appearances at the "MTR Living Art Stage" showcase and the "WestK Street Performance Scheme". By bringing their music into everyday spaces and corners of the city, they hope to bridge the gap between handbell music and the public, weave the joy of music into everyone’s daily lives.Offstage, Bellaholics regularly uploads clips to social media, aiming to bring a brand-new experience to audiences. With our diversified and inspiring performances, we share the joy with the public and promote handbell music in Hong Kong.
